While Defender is primarily designed for painted surfaces, it can also be used on metal, glass, and trim. For best results, make sure to follow the directions carefully. If using as a coating topper, allow the coating to set up for at least 1 hour before applying Defender. Always apply to a cool surface and avoid direct sunlight.

Defender can be applied directly to the paint surface or sprayed onto a microfiber towel and then wiped on. Once applied, spread evenly for a uniform application in a 3' x 3' area.
